hmmm, all this talk about coconut oil and irritability has got me wondering.  I have had the problems with “rage” a lot myself and always attributed it to the whey, but I almost always mixed in coconut oil with it and almost never ate it outside of whey shakes… hmmm, could it be….

I do not want to stop it but wonder if anyone knows of any things one could ingest to put one at peace when that happens. I know cognitive (psychological) therapy in and out but the physical effect this has on me seems to precede any efforts to do something about it. Maybe it will wear off after an hour and maybe I am already over stressed today too. Doug

did the mms thing for like 2 months a few years back.  Pushed myself so hard on it I was having a lot of diarrhea.  Feel like it left me drained and deficient.  In fact, it was after that that I feel like I haven’t gone a day without dark circles under my eyes.  Or I dunno, my experience with it just was not good, anything that smells the least bit chloriney anymore makes me gag.
