Rage … ooooh… yeeahhh… ..:):):) LOL :) :):) I’m laughing now ’cause it’s easy for me to laugh at it now :) :)
It took me 1 year and lot of anger and rage to figure out it was to coconut oil… I hurt a few people then I learned to stay away from people… Gosh, and that came with such a sense of entitlement that I was so right and everybody else was so wrong… how dare they.. :) :)  Not even PMS hormones come close to compare – u n b e l i e v a b l e!!!
You can find out for sure if you stop taking it for 3-4 days. Watch your body, know your body. Then reintroduce a small amount. You’ll know.  I had better luck with Caproil (the entire kit).  Caprylic Acid is the antifungal agent in coco oil.

Carmen, could that irritability manifest itself as rage? I almost seem to be finding myself a little out of control and it will be convenient yet disappointing to blame it on the coccunt oil. I do not intend to drop it for that reason, just disappointed since I already have other herbs that contribute to that. Doug

Hmmm, what kind of rage? I used to be angry all the time but it got things
done. Now, I am much more mellow and find that my kids are taking advantage
of the situation and although it angers me, it isn’t enough to get a
fighting spirt going.
If it’s just uncontrolable rage, not something I can channel, it’s not going
to do me any good. I don’t take CO on a regular basis, too much going on in
my life and I really HATE to be on a schedule or routine so if I am one who
would find CO takes me into rages, I’m not taking enough. Thanks, Sylvia

Doug, for me it got simpler (after much suffering): there are other antifungals out there; all the anger and irritability was NOT helping my body overcome anything and was not worth it.  Any one body needs love and nurturing in order to get better.  I figured that if coco oil causes me such unbelievable reactions, then coco oil is not for *my* body.
Stop it for a few days, you will know.
Let me know to :) :)

Carmen, I am back to the irritability issue. It turns out it is a problem with me. I do not want to stop it but wonder if anyone knows of any things one could ingest to put one at peace when that happens. I know cognitive (psychological) therapy in and out but the physical effect this has on me seems to precede any efforts to do something about it. Maybe it will wear off after an hour and maybe I am already over stressed today too. Doug

I am the moderator of a 5-6000 person yahoo egroup that is now looking into the whole idea of vibrational healing.
Is
there some way we can set up a % off discount for people?  There are
many that, at this time, $$ wise can not afford to order the MP3 or
the CD.
All the help on this journey would be of a great help!
Carmen is the one that has lead us to you.  She and I had a conversation last week.

did the mms thing for like 2 months a few years back.  Pushed myself so hard on it I was having a lot of diarrhea.  Feel like it left me drained and deficient.  In fact, it was after that that I feel like I haven’t gone a day without dark circles under my eyes.  Or I dunno, my experience with it just was not good, anything that smells the least bit chloriney anymore makes me gag.

Thanks Duncan, I didn’t know where to look for Preg online. Our health food
stores here do not carry it and I didn’t want a sublingual. I’ll look at
that company.Dr. David Brownstein in Michigan who has 9 great books out now
says that you need BOTH in small doses, Preg and DHEA but he stresses
monitoring (just trying to be helpful) as OVER TIME, levels of the various
other hormones will just continue to rise from influence of the Preg and
then the other hormones downstream. As some kind of Practicioner I thought
you would have monitored your hormone levels, even just once a year.

Bonnie, it was your positive post of more than a year ago that started me
looking at pregnenolone as an alternative to DHEA. All the information you
need is readily available online.
Any specialist has an opinion like anybody else, but the research data
reveals that pregnenolone is safe at the doses on the labels, and usage
information is not showing many cases of sensitivity.
I have not seen any indication that fear of the supplement is warranted, but
you do what you like.
My wife, my parents and I have been using it for several months, during
which time we found only improvements; we are not sensitive to this
supplement.
Preg levels fall with age, and all you need to do is recapture and maintain
a range of youthful values. Pretty easy given its safety, so I guessed my
low ballpark dose and my wife’s based on anti-aging considerations, and my
father guessed my parents’ higher dose based on data on advancing age,
senility and cognitive impairment.
No, my wife and I are not monitoring our levels.
I bought my pregnenolone online using a credit card; we use Source Naturals
sublinguals.
all good,
Duncan

9a. Re: vit A and blurry vision

Just curious: I used to have extremely good vision without glasses,
something better than 20/20 but I never had it tested because I had no
problems. As I have gotten older, especially when I was diagnosed as
diabetic, my eyesight has gotten worse. I can’t see tiny things like I used
to, I have trouble driving at night because the glare of oncoming traffic
blinds me and I can’t even read a book with normal sized print anymore.
When I eat raw carrots my eyesight improves for a while. It is such an
improvement that I can see a huge difference the very next day and if I eat
them early enough in the day, I can see a difference in several hours.
Anyone know if taking vit A would take my eyesight back to where it was when
I was younger? Thanks, Sylvia

Why would you take an antibiotic if you are trying to get rid of candida?  Antibiotics are horrible for you and destroy the good bacteria in your gut.  Stay away from them if possible and take some probiotics to build up your good bacteria and help your immune system.

11a. Selenium
Posted by: “IMS” imsinfo  yahoo.com imsinfo
Date: Tue Oct 27, 2009 7:37 pm ((PDT))
There is info about selenium. I wonder if we should we take vitamin E in addition to amino acid?
Selenium (Trace Element)
Applications:
As an impressive antioxidant, selenium works well with vitamin E to scavenge free radicals, helping to prevent cellular mutation, cancers and the effects of aging. It is used for premature aging, cardiovascular disease, sexual dysfunction, menopause and skin ailments.
Sources:
Grains, fruits, vegetables. The content in food is wholly dependent on the selenium content of the soil in which the food was cultivated. Foods high in selenium include wheat germ, nuts, oats, chard, brown rice, and bran. Note: Typical American diets are notoriously low in whole grains and fresh produce. Coupled with selenium-depleted soils, a selenium deficiency is much more common than one would expect.
Interactions:
Selenium works best when combined with other antioxidants like vitamin E and glutathione. A high intake of trace minerals can interfere with selenium absorption. Zinc and heavy metals can inhibit its activity. Many drugs, including chemotherapeutic agents, can increase the body’s selenium requirements.
Recommendations:
Look for organic forms which include selenomethionine and yeasts which are high in selenium.

Hi,
My doctor recommended taking Florastar to me today.  I read the box
and it does contain lactose.  So I wonder if dairy free probiotics are
a better choice.
I have heard discussions about saccharomyces boulardii.  If memory
serves, this bacteria has caused some people problems?  Would that be
right?
Has anyone taken VSL # 3?
Has either done you any good?
Thanks,
Jennifer

to do me any good.

Doug

Namaste

I am the moderator of a 5-6000 person yahoo egroup that is now looking into the whole idea of vibrational healing.

Is

there some way we can set up a % off discount for people?  There are

many that, at this time, $$$ wise can not afford to order the MP3 or

If memory

Has anyone taken VSL # 3?

Has either done you any good?

Thanks,
