You see Duncan, candida, in a healthy person normally lives in a small section of our intestines along with Salminella, E.Coli, staph, strep and 700 other microorganism. This is our immunity and digestibility. Candida is also in the air and the soil. ”To cure candida” is just a statement of the unimformed, You can not cure candida! You can stop an overgrowth and put candida into its natural parameter, but the natural parameters are kept by the bacillus Laterosporus BOD in our gut.
My diet consist of fruit in the morning, usally a banana and some times a little bit of yoghurt, some cheese and another fruit in the mid day, and in the evening I have some kind of fatty red meat or fish fried in butter or lard with a mushroom onion and cream sause that I am addicted to. I eat amino acids and minerals, light and information according to Quantum Physics!
For supplements I take the things I use in my clinic with my clients. There is a verse that I took literally from the apocrypha many years ago, “Physician go and heal thy self”, I was/am my first client.

Duncan,I don’t see where you get such “reading”
Candida overgrowth we get under control but some of the devastating side effects it leaves on our body may not be reversible …
Some have it more severe then others…

Just to put a point on it, you stated you have not been able to cure your own candida, Wil. Are you still low carbing?

When one has a severe candida overgrowth the candida interferes with the hormones balances and creates a natural progestorone which causes huge problems in women. It is really, in my experience, that the candida overgrowth is causing the hormone problems. In my clinical experience all your problems are related to a gut imbalance, Lisa, and an electrical system that is not in harmony.

I wonder if somebody tried DIM?
I was going to try but in my age 52 it is probably not a good idea bc estrogen should drop itself. My estrogen is too high according to saliva test and I belive so bc I have many related problems _ adenomyoma fibroid, otosclerosis and hot flashes. Some expert say hormone inbalace cause candida too.
Though my blood test is different and showed very high progesterone instead I am still concern about estrogen too. I have red that too much of both can cause reflux and dismotility problems.When I took progesteron I had severe burning in esophasgus but it could be estrogen influence as it is increasing too.
